Shipy Payment Issue: ₺2,023.60 Still Not Transferred After Over a Year
On July 14, 2023, I earned ₺2,023.60 through Shipy’s payment platform, but due to a limit issue between Shipy and İninal, the funds were never transferred to my account. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the matter, I have not received any response for over a year.
The support section on their website has been hidden, and my emails have been completely ignored. This lack of communication is unacceptable. As a user, I am deeply dissatisfied with Shipy’s service and feel completely disregarded.
I demand immediate action to resolve this issue and transfer the money owed to me. Ignoring customers for this long reflects poorly on Shipy’s reliability and professionalism.
