Unable to Receive Payment for Craftrise RC Purchase via Shipy.net

On August 6, 2024, I made an RC credit purchase on Craftrise.com.tr for ₺485, but the payment was not processed to my account. After contacting the company via email, I was told, "If the refund hasn’t reached your account yet, please contact the payment provider."

However, reaching Shipy.net, the payment processor, has been impossible. There is no direct communication channel available, and I’ve been left without a resolution or refund for weeks.

This lack of accountability is extremely frustrating. I demand immediate assistance to either credit the RC to my account or issue a full refund. Ignoring customers and avoiding responsibility is unacceptable for any service provider.
