I purchased a Tefal TW7B62EA X-Trem Power Cyclonic Max Dust Bagless Vacuum Cleaner for ₺5,099.15 on 26.03.2025 via Beymen.com. The vacuum cleaner was delivered to me, albeit with a delay. When I tried using it, I noticed that the electric cable reel was broken. I contacted Beymen customer service and requested an exchange, but they informed me that they could only process a return, not an exchange. I asked them to relist the same product at the same price so I could reorder it, and after speaking with the relevant departments, they told me I could repurchase the product at the same price once my return was approved. Although it has been two weeks since my return was approved, I still have not received a refund and have been unable to reorder the product at the promised price. Despite calling and filing multiple complaints, my issue remains unresolved. As Beymen, you have no problem selling bags for ₺50,000–₺200,000, yet you fail to value your customers and instead cause them inconvenience. What kind of disgrace is this? I demand that my issue be resolved immediately—otherwise, I will escalate my complaint to all relevant authorities.
