Dyson Failed to Return My Vacuum Cleaner for Two Months Despite Multiple Calls

I contacted Dyson for repair service because my vacuum cleaner broke down. Before the product even reached their service center, I was charged ₺5,600. The service team later came to collect the vacuum cleaner, but since then, it has never been returned, and the entire process has turned into a nightmare. I called customer service more than five times to confirm my address multiple times, yet my vacuum cleaner was sent to the wrong address. When the delivery failed, the product was returned to Dyson. After calling again and reconfirming my address, I was assured the correct address was on file and that there would be no problem. However, despite this assurance, my vacuum cleaner was returned to Dyson once more, labeled as “undelivered,” without even notifying me. It has now been two months, and I still do not have my vacuum cleaner. Despite countless calls, the issue remains unresolved, and no one has provided any meaningful assistance. Not only am I unable to use my product, but I am also deeply dissatisfied with the service quality of such a reputable brand. I urgently request that my issue be resolved and that my vacuum cleaner be delivered to me immediately.
