Betturkey Deleted My Balance After Rejected Crypto Withdrawal
On October 30, 2025, I requested a $715 withdrawal via cryptocurrency on Betturkey. After my withdrawal request was rejected, my entire $715 balance was deleted from my account. I was told that the reason was a supposed connection to limited accounts and that my account was deemed suspicious. They also stated that they could not disclose the remaining reasons or intervene in the betting company’s system infrastructure. However, I can clearly see that my winning bet and balance were credited to my account on the platform. Despite this, my balance was manually deleted. I had trusted Betturkey when making my transactions, and this situation has caused me serious distress. I request that my $715 balance be reinstated to my account immediately.
They called and told me that my problem would not be resolved in any way. Even betting 100 TL on their site is very risky! They delete their users' balances whenever they feel like it, with ridiculous excuses.

They definitely have no evidence at all, I did not do such a thing—if I had, I wouldn’t go to so much trouble with them. They always scam users with high balances on their site; I never recommend trusting them.
