I deposited ₺17,300 into Betgaranti and placed a bet at 2.5 odds, which brought my balance up to ₺43,250. After this win, I requested a withdrawal. But instead of processing it, the platform canceled my withdrawal request and told me I could only withdraw my initial deposit, not the profit.
They then deleted ₺25,950 from my balance, claiming I could not take out the winnings. This is not only unacceptable—it’s fraudulent. I followed all the rules, played fairly, and now they’ve stolen my legitimate profit with no valid explanation.
