Unauthorized Charges from BetterMe App Despite Never Downloading or Using It

Even though I have never downloaded or used the BetterMe app, I have noticed a recurring charge of approximately ₺600 on my card every month on the 2nd. These transactions were made without my consent. Can you help me with this problem? If there is an incorrect membership created under my name, I kindly request its cancellation and a refund to be issued. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

"Thank you for processing my refund. Subscription renewals should definitely continue with approval, as automatic billing is not a correct practice; money was withdrawn from my card even though I canceled. This is just my humble opinion, thank you."
