I Face Unauthorized Monthly Charges from BetterMe That I Cannot Cancel

I have never used the BetterMe app, yet since April, my credit card has been charged twice every month through Google Play Store — ₺420 and ₺320 — totaling about ₺740 per month. So far, I have been charged approximately ₺3,600 without my consent. I attempted to cancel the subscription, but no relevant subscription appears in my Google Play account, and there is no option to cancel from within the app itself.

I also tried to contact customer service, but I could not find any accessible communication channel. The dates and amounts of these unauthorized transactions are clearly listed on my credit card statement.

I am demanding the immediate cancellation of this unwanted subscription and a full refund of all unauthorized charges made to date. This matter must be resolved without delay to prevent any further deductions.
