I Can’t Permanently Delete My BIGO LIVE Account Due to Error Messages

I want to permanently delete my BIGO LIVE account with the username “Party Hero” and ID number 1111488821, but the system does not allow me to do so. Every time I try to delete the account, I receive two different error messages saying “Not an official business and official signature account” and “Unconsumed and unwithdrawn property.” These same errors appear every single time I attempt the deletion process, and the account cannot be removed.
I no longer wish to continue using this account, and I want all of my information, account data, and any connected records permanently deleted. I request that BIGO manually close and completely remove my account despite these error messages. I also expect to receive confirmation and clear notification once the deletion process has been successfully completed.
