I Can’t Access My BIGO LIVE Account After a Long-Term Ban
I have been unable to access my account on the BIGO LIVE application for approximately two or three months, possibly even longer. I was informed that my account had been banned due to “child display” concerns, but I believe this suspension period has already been long enough, and I now request that the ban be removed.
My username on the account is Ahmet, although I do not remember my full account ID details. When I try to get support through the application, I cannot find anyone to communicate with, and I never receive any response or follow-up regarding my situation.
I want the ban on my account to be reviewed again, removed if possible, and for my access to the account to be fully restored.
Progress
My Bigo Live account, which I have been using for a long time on my Samsung Galaxy A9 tablet, has been showing as closed for about a year. When I open the app, my accounts appear, but when I try to log in, I am met with a warning that says there are still about 305 days left, and I cannot use my account.
Having my account remain closed for such a long time without any additional warning or explanation has seriously inconvenienced me. I am a regular user of the app and I do not believe I have engaged in any misuse or rule violation. Nevertheless, being unable to access my account is causing both a waste of time and a loss of morale.
I urgently request the Bigo Live officials to review my account, to reopen it today if possible, and to provide me with a clear written explanation regarding this blocking period.
