Royal Mail Package Disappeared After Being Handed Over to PTT

My package, which was sent from abroad via Royal Mail and later handed over to PTT under tracking number LE369960561GB, entered Istanbul on March 24 but was never forwarded to my address in Adapazarı, Sakarya. When I checked the tracking information, I could see that the package had arrived in Istanbul, but there were no further updates afterward.

When I contacted PTT, I was told that the shipment had been sent back from Istanbul and would be returned to the sender. However, I never requested a return, and I have not been given any clear explanation as to why my package was returned without being delivered to my address or what happened to it. The package contained three deodorants, one rechargeable electric toothbrush, and medication intended to support memory. The approximate value of the products was $124, while I paid approximately $453 for shipping.

I request that PTT conduct a detailed investigation into this shipment, locate my package, and deliver it to my address in Adapazarı, Sakarya. I also demand a clear written explanation regarding what happened to my shipment, why it was returned without my authorization, and where it is currently located.
