Rohan2 Ereborn Banned My Accounts Without Providing Evidence

I was removed from the entire Discord server following what I believe was an unfair ban. Despite providing the necessary evidence, my ban, which was issued seven months ago, still has not been removed. During a recent discussion about the matter, I was essentially told that this is not a republic governed by laws and that they can ban users however they want, even when there is no wrongdoing on the user’s part. I was also told that they are not obligated to provide support or present evidence to me.

Rohan2 Ereborn & World has apparently retained my MAC address even though I do not have any email address, IP address, or other identifying information associated with the banned account. When I questioned the seven-month-old ban again because of this MAC address issue, all of my accounts were closed, including accounts containing a level 92 character on which I had spent approximately $825–$928.

I request that this matter be properly investigated, that my ban be removed and my access to the server’s Discord community be restored. If the ban is not removed and my accounts cannot be reinstated, I request a full refund of the money I spent on these accounts. I also expect the company/server administration to provide a clear explanation of the reason for the ban and the subsequent closure of all of my accounts.
