Rohan2World Permanently Banned My Account Two Days After I Bought It

I experienced what I believe was a completely unjustified ban in Rohan2World. I purchased this account for approximately $124 just two days ago, and shortly afterward, it was permanently banned for alleged off-platform trading. I cannot accept having the money and effort I invested in the account effectively disregarded in a single action.

I did not knowingly or intentionally violate any rules in this game. I was banned over a transaction that apparently involved simply creating a listing, based on an issue that was never clearly explained to me. I was not provided with any contract, rule, or specific provision that I had been shown, signed, or explicitly acknowledged. Instead, I was given what appeared to be a generic response stating that “the necessary evidence is available,” that I had been found to have engaged in an illegal transaction, and that I had agreed to certain provisions when registering for the game.

In addition to disputing this unjustified ban, I am requesting that you provide me with the “agreement you claim I accepted.” If such an agreement actually exists, I want the specific provisions that I allegedly gave explicit consent to be clearly provided to me. Otherwise, I believe that taking arbitrary and unilateral action against my account in this manner is unacceptable and has caused me a significant loss and financial harm.

I believe my account was incorrectly and unfairly terminated. I request that my account be reinstated, that the account I purchased for approximately $124 and all of the rights and items associated with it be restored, and that you clearly explain what specific evidence was used as the basis for my permanent ban. If this matter is not resolved, I reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies and to raise awareness of what I believe to be unfair treatment through appropriate channels.
