Unwanted BetterMe Renewal Drains Money After Trial Period
I downloaded the BetterMe app, tried it for a week, and then decided to delete it as it wasn't for me. However, to my dismay, I discovered that I've been charged ₺115.64 for the past 2-3 months, even though I haven't been using the app. I demand a refund for these unauthorized charges. How did you renew my subscription without my consent? Stop taking advantage of people. Refund my money! @betterme #betterme

Hello! Thank you for sharing your complaint. Please be informed that any subscription is applied to your personal account, not the app itself.
