Rohan2 Permanently Banned My Account for Alleged Illegal Trading
On April 25, 2025, my Rohan2 account, which I played with my Sura character named “yrz,” was permanently banned for “illegal trading.” When I asked through the ticket system why I had been banned, I was told that I had allegedly attempted to sell items. However, I clearly stated that I had never made such a sale, but my explanation was not taken into consideration.
When I said that I wanted to speak with the support team, I was invited to their Discord server, where I spoke with a staff member named [hunter] baileys for approximately 30–35 minutes. He asked me to share my screen so they could check whether I had any connection to İtemci. I shared my screen and followed every step they requested exactly as instructed. After some time, he left the room and returned approximately two minutes later, telling me that higher-level staff had not approved lifting my ban. He also claimed that, despite me sharing my screen and being completely transparent throughout the process, they considered my behavior “insincere.”
They then asked me to prove my innocence through İtemci. When I contacted the relevant item seller, they stated in writing that they had no agreement or partnership with Rohan2 through itemci.com and therefore could not share any information with me. I took screenshots of this response and shared them with the staff on Discord. I explained that Rohan2 has been operating as a server for eight years and that the amount of money and the items in question could not possibly belong only to me, meaning that this information alone could not constitute conclusive evidence. However, [hunter] baileys told me that he had no way of knowing this and that my ban would not be lifted unless I provided definitive evidence. He then referred me to team leader [TL] Jest and said that I would receive a response from him. Despite this, I never received any follow-up.
When I also shared the entire situation in writing through the public Discord chats, I was completely banned from the server as well. My character is currently inaccessible, I cannot log into the game, and I have no way of contacting the staff through any channel. I believe I was banned solely based on a name appearing on İtemci and two items, without any concrete or conclusive evidence. Despite sharing my screen and showing them everything they requested, I feel that the decision was made entirely at their discretion, while years of a player's time, effort, and progress can simply be discarded within minutes.
I want to clearly emphasize once again that I have never engaged in illegal trading and that I have no relationship with İtemci as alleged. I request that the ban placed on my character named “yrz” be removed and that my account be fully restored.
