I recently noticed a charge of ₺420 from BetterMe for a Yoga program that I never subscribed to. I didn’t request this membership, and the app isn’t even installed on my phone. I have no idea how this charge occurred and would like immediate assistance in resolving this issue. Please refund the amount as soon as possible. It’s extremely frustrating to deal with an unauthorized payment, and I expect BetterMe to address this promptly. I did not agree to any such membership, and I hope this can be resolved quickly with the return of my money.
