Unauthorized Charges from BetterMe Yoga Despite No Membership

Every month, BetterMe Yoga charges me ₺98, even though I never subscribed to their service. I had never even heard of this app before noticing these deductions. To resolve the issue, I downloaded the app to investigate, only to find that I don’t even have an account with them. How is it possible for them to withdraw money without my authorization?

I am extremely frustrated with these unauthorized deductions and demand immediate assistance in canceling whatever is causing these charges. This is unacceptable, and I expect a prompt resolution to stop these charges and refund the money already taken. Please address this issue urgently, as it is both confusing and unfair.
