BetterMe Yoga has unauthorizedly charged ₺800 from my account, even though I do not have an active membership, and I haven’t used the app at all. I never gave consent for this transaction, and I was not notified in any form before the deduction.
From what I’ve seen in numerous other complaints, this appears to be a recurring issue with BetterMe. It seems the company has developed a habit of charging users without clear approval or notification. This is unacceptable and deeply disappointing.
I’m demanding an immediate refund of the ₺800 taken from my account. My email address is n*[email protected]** for reference. I expect my issue to be resolved quickly, and if this is not handled properly, I will pursue further legal action to protect my consumer rights.

Although Betterme Yoga said there would be no further deductions, they made a deduction again this month. I request a refund. A total of 750 TL should be refunded and no more membership fees should be charged. My grievance should be resolved; I shouldn't have to write a complaint every month. I am waiting for a response.
