No Refunds for BetterMe Workouts!
I made a purchase, and then I found that the workout plans don’t meet my personal goals and it was long and exhausting. So, I contacted the help center and sent them an email. They claimed that no purchase was found with my Apple account and they asked for the last 4 numbers of the credit card. I couldn't understand why they were asking for the credit card, so I canceled the subscription and I will never use it again. Waste of time and money.
