BetterMe Keeps Charging My Card Even Though I Stopped Using the App Months Ago


I signed up for the Betterme app, and my card was charged. Later, I found out that if I don't cancel my subscription, they will take money out of my account without my permission. I wish they had told us about this sooner. I don't want them to take money out of my card every month, and I want to cancel the subscription right now. There is no phone number to call for help, which makes me feel helpless. I've sent 12 emails, but I haven't heard back. They just told me that my subscription is active, but I can't stop it. Their app doesn't even show the details of my subscription. I demand a fast cancellation of my membership.
