I am extremely frustrated with the lack of response and assistance I have received from BetterMe app's customer service and legal support teams. On April 16th, a charge was deducted for the renewal of my subscription. Immediately, I contacted customer service requesting a refund, citing my rights as a citizen of the EU. I was instructed to cancel the subscription through the app panel, which I promptly did, and to provide a screenshot confirming the number of completed workouts, as per their terms and conditions for refunds based on dissatisfaction and expected results after a certain number of sessions. I provided the requested screenshot as evidence that I fulfilled this requirement. Since then, I have not received any response from either the customer support or legal support teams. This lack of communication has left me feeling ignored and disregarded. I urge the BetterMe app to address this matter promptly and provide a resolution. I expect acknowledgment of my complaint and a refund of the unauthorized charge as per my rights and their own policies.
