Microsoft Account Recovery Form Did Not Restore My Account
Around June 12, my Microsoft account was accessed without authorization, and I have not been able to sign in since then. This is the account I used to purchase games through Xbox and the Microsoft Store. The username on the account was either Payner_melow66 or Payner_melow. The email address originally linked to my account was z******@Gmail.com**, but it was later changed without my knowledge or approval to k****************@agnarwm.com**.
To recover my account, I filled out Microsoft’s account recovery form, but each time I was told that more information was needed and was redirected back to the same form. I have many screenshots showing that the account belongs to me, including images of my Microsoft account and related accounts. Despite this, my access still has not been restored.
So far, no unauthorized purchases have been made through the account, and I immediately restricted my credit card information as a precaution. However, I am still experiencing serious inconvenience because I can no longer access the games and digital content in my account library.
I request that my account be removed from the unauthorized email address and restored to my original email address. I also ask that the account, including all rights, purchases, games, and related content, be fully returned to me. I am ready to provide screenshots and any additional evidence needed to verify my identity and prove that I am the rightful owner of the account.
