My Complaint About The Illegal Withdrawal Of Money By BetterMe


I purchased the Betterme program as a one-time purchase, but I saw that the fee was deducted every month. Although I canceled the application subscription, I noticed that I was still charged a subscription fee from my credit card statement. For the Workout program, which I bought on 08/10/2023 by paying a total of 529.99 ₺ per year, first 279.36 ₺ and then 1000.00 ₺ was withdrawn from me today. There are months before the end of my membership, and I have already canceled my subscription not to continue. I wonder on what basis they are charging such a fee? I want my money to be returned to me urgently.
