I canceled my Xbox Game Pass subscription on June 21, 2026, and I was told that the $9 charge would be refunded. However, even though a week has passed, no refund has been credited to my account.

During this process, I emailed Xbox/Microsoft support, but I have not received any response. I have not been given any update about the refund status or any explanation for the delay. The refund I was promised has now taken longer than expected and remains completely unclear.

My order ID is 622710e4-2919-469f-a03a-54bca079f367, and the email address registered in the system is m*********@Gmail.com**. I request that the promised $9 refund for my canceled subscription be deposited into my account as soon as possible and that I receive a clear update regarding the status of this process.
