Microsoft Needs to Restore My Stolen Xbox Account

June 23 2:36 PM

On the 16th, I received a security alert email regarding my Microsoft account. Shortly afterward, I began receiving verification codes from Xbox and Rockstar Games one after another. When I checked my email account, I noticed that these codes were being deleted one by one. Within a short time, I realized that all of my Microsoft-linked accounts, including my Xbox account, had been taken over, except for the email account I was using. The email address connected to my account was g************@Gmail.com**.

After this incident, I filled out the account recovery form on Microsoft’s support page, tried to contact live support, and also submitted a help request by email. However, I have not received any response through any channel. I was not given an explanation, and I have not received any information about the security of my account. Because the email address and password on my account were changed, I can no longer access the information required on the appeal and verification screens, which means I cannot recover my account through the standard methods.

I request that my Xbox and Microsoft accounts, which I have used and built up over many years, be reviewed and returned to me as the rightful owner. I am ready to provide any information requested for identity verification or account ownership confirmation. I want my account and all connected Xbox content restored, and I ask Microsoft to provide me with a clear written response regarding this process.
