I Demand Refund After BetterMe Charges Card Without Approval
I discovered that an unauthorized transaction was made on my credit card. On November 15, 2025, at 07:25, a charge of about $10 was processed under the description “Better me (ae) womenplan Dubai (ae).” I do not have any subscription with the BetterMe app, and I never approved this transaction.

My requests:
That this transaction be investigated as an unauthorized charge under the Bank Cards and Credit Cards Law No. 5464.
That the necessary block/cancellation steps be taken and the amount refunded to me.
That my card be renewed for security purposes and that I receive written confirmation regarding this incident.
I request that the investigation be initiated and that I be informed of the findings as soon as possible.
