BetterMe Still Charged My Card Despite Canceling Subscription

I canceled my subscription to the BetterMe app, yet the service still charged my account for periods I did not use. I expect a full refund for these charges, as I have not used the service after cancellation.

Adding to my frustration, there is no available phone number to contact for assistance. This has left me with no choice but to voice my complaint here. I urgently request that BetterMe processes my refund immediately and ensures this does not happen to other customers. Your swift action on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
