BetterMe Subscription Issue: Unable to Cancel and No Response

I purchased a plan from BetterMe, but I have yet to receive the promised list. Despite repeated attempts, I cannot contact their support team, and my emails remain unanswered. Worse, I discovered that I am obligated to cancel before the next billing cycle, but the process to cancel is unclear and inaccessible.

I feel trapped in a subscription that will charge me every month without providing the service I paid for. This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable.

I demand immediate assistance to receive the service I paid for or a straightforward way to cancel my subscription. BetterMe should not continue charging for a service it fails to deliver.
