Even though I never subscribed, BetterMe has been charging my card every month without my consent. When I check my account, there is no active membership, yet they continue to withdraw money.
I purchased one item from the app, which was supposed to be a one-time payment, but now I realize they have been silently deducting money from my account. This is completely unethical and misleading.
BetterMe, cancel these unauthorized charges immediately and issue a full refund! I no longer wish to use your app, and I expect an urgent response. Stop hiding charges from users, and fix this now!
