BetterMe Keeps Charging After Subscription Ended—No Password Reset Email Received

I subscribed to the BetterMe mobile app for a 3-month membership. Even though the subscription period has ended, the app continues to charge my bank account.

I’ve forgotten my account password and tried resetting it using the "Forgot Password" option, but I haven’t received the password reset email. Without access to my account, I’m unable to cancel the subscription.

I urgently request assistance in canceling my subscription and stopping these unauthorized charges. If this issue isn’t resolved promptly, I will file a formal complaint. My registered email address is f****[email protected]. BetterMe, please address this issue immediately and ensure better support for your users in similar situations.
