I Can’t Cancel My BetterMe Subscription and They Keep Charging My Card Without Consent

I’m experiencing serious issues with BetterMe regarding unauthorized charges and membership cancellation. Despite multiple attempts, I’ve been unable to cancel my subscription, and the company continues to charge my card without my explicit permission.

Every month, I see a payment deducted, even though I’ve taken all the necessary steps to cancel the membership through the app and my device settings. There’s no confirmation, no clear cancellation process, and absolutely no accountability. It feels like I’m being trapped in a subscription that I no longer want—and never authorized to continue.

This is completely unacceptable. I’ve come across many similar complaints from other users, which shows this is not an isolated issue. Whether it’s intentional or a flaw in their system, BetterMe is charging people without consent, and it needs to stop.

I demand an immediate end to these charges and a confirmation that my membership has been canceled for good. If not resolved promptly, I will take legal action and report this to consumer protection authorities.

BetterMe, fix your cancellation system, stop charging users without consent, and issue refunds where due.
