BetterMe Keeps Charging My Card Even Though I Stopped Using the App Months Ago


I am having trouble canceling my BetterMe subscription since I can not find the option to do so in the app. In addition, I can not seem to find the BetterMe app anywhere on my Google Play Store. However, my card is charged every month without my consent. This company appears to lack reliability and trustworthiness. I have already submitted a complaint and I insist on receiving a prompt refund and cancellation of my subscription.
