BetterMe Charged Me Despite Canceling Membership – Refund Requested

I signed up for a BetterMe subscription but canceled it, yet this month, money was still deducted from my card. I’ve never even used the app, and now I can’t find any way to cancel the subscription. It doesn’t appear in my Play Store subscriptions, making it impossible to resolve on my own.

This is incredibly frustrating and feels like a lack of transparency. I request immediate assistance to fully cancel my subscription and a refund for the unauthorized charge. BetterMe, please address this issue promptly and ensure this doesn’t happen again. Customers deserve clear and accessible cancellation processes.
