I downloaded the BetterMe app about 6–7 months ago, tried it briefly, and decided it wasn’t for me. I stopped using it completely and assumed that was the end of it. However, I just found out that they’ve been charging my credit card every month without my knowledge or consent.

What’s even more frustrating is that there’s no clear way to cancel the subscription. I’ve searched through the app and the website, and there’s no visible cancellation option. I’ve tried to contact customer support multiple times and received no response whatsoever. This feels incredibly dishonest and exploitative.

I demand an immediate cancellation of any subscription linked to my account and a full refund for all unauthorized charges. BetterMe needs to take accountability and offer users a transparent, easy way to opt out.
