I subscribed to BetterMe thinking it was a one-time purchase to try the service, but I was shocked when ₺750 was charged to my credit card—₺400 and ₺350 in separate transactions. I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription ever since, following various instructions, but nothing has worked. I don’t understand how this app operates. My subscription should have been canceled by now, yet I’m still being charged. I need this issue resolved immediately and a refund for the unauthorized charges. This situation is extremely frustrating, and I expect BetterMe to address it promptly. Please cancel my membership and refund the total amount charged.
