BetterMe Still Charging My Account After Cancelling Subscription

It’s been nearly a year since I canceled my BetterMe subscription, yet I continue to see unauthorized charges on my account. The latest charge appeared on my statement on September 25, without my permission. This is a serious issue, and I expect all the money that was taken without my consent to be refunded immediately. Despite canceling the service, I am still being charged, and this has caused a lot of frustration. BetterMe needs to address this promptly and return the funds they have wrongfully withdrawn.
