This application is very frustrating. I had created a one-month membership but did not use it. However, I found out that ₺199 was charged to my credit card every month without my knowledge, and this amount is increasing each month. I wrote to their email address, but they ask for incredibly exhausting information.
I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. It is not right for money to be taken without my permission for something I did not use. I will file complaints with the necessary authorities. I want a refund for the money that has been taken for months without causing me any trouble.
