How Can I Stop BetterMe Subscription Charges

I subscribed to the BetterMe app for a one-month plan, but I recently discovered that ₺235 has been charged to my credit card every month for over a year. I received no notification or warning that the subscription would automatically renew if not canceled.

Worse, I cannot find any contact number to address this issue or request a refund. This lack of transparency and poor customer service is incredibly frustrating. I demand immediate assistance to cancel my subscription and process a refund for the unauthorized charges. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. BetterMe must take responsibility and improve its practices.
