I discovered unauthorized charges on my card by BetterMe, even though I only purchased a one-month subscription. I never signed up for a recurring subscription and didn’t even use the one-month plan I initially paid for due to lack of time. I had already uninstalled the app from my phone, yet my card was charged ₺350 and ₺420 on the same day, even after I canceled my membership.

This is unacceptable. I demand an immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full refund of the unauthorized charges. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and take legal action if necessary. BetterMe must address this problem urgently.
