I Demand Cancellation and Refund for Unauthorized BetterMe Charges

I recently discovered that BetterMe has been withdrawing money from my card without my permission. I initially purchased a one-month package, not a subscription, and due to lack of time, I wasn’t even able to use the app, including the one-month package I paid for.

Despite not subscribing, I have been charged multiple times over the past two months—₺262 once and ₺250 another time. I have not been able to find any contact number to address this issue. I demand the immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full refund of these unauthorized charges.

If I do not receive a prompt response and resolution, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I expect this issue to be resolved quickly, with my money refunded and my membership canceled immediately. Otherwise, I am prepared to take legal action to recover the money taken from my account without my consent.
