BetterMe Keeps Trying to Charge $10 Even After App Deleted

I want to cancel the membership I purchased through the BetterMe app on the App Store about a year ago. On November 15, 2025, a charge of about $10 was attempted on my card, and the same amount was attempted again today. I did not approve these transactions. I had deleted the app in order to cancel my membership, but the payment attempts have continued.

I have not contacted customer service yet. Since my card did not have enough balance, no payment was processed, so I am not requesting a refund. I am requesting that my membership be canceled immediately and that all unauthorized payment attempts on my card be stopped.
