BetterMe App Unauthorized Charge Problem

I originally signed up for the BetterMe app for a one-month trial. Following that time, I decided to terminate my membership and remove the app from my device. Unfortunately, I've been experiencing some issues with my account lately. Over the past two months, I've been seeing charges on my account from an app that I no longer use, and I didn't authorize these transactions. I would like to request the prompt cancellation of my membership and a complete refund for the unauthorized charges that were made.
