Canceling BetterMe Membership & Unwanted Charges

I would like to cancel my BetterMe subscription. I had already purchased a one-time program, but 10 days ago, two attempts were made to charge me for different amounts. If I have any memberships, I want them terminated. There is no way to cancel your membership on the Play Store. The app itself does not display any memberships that I can cancel. Despite this, several efforts were made to remove funds.

"BetterMe has been deducting money from my account for three months, but I haven't been using the app at all. I've been sending emails for three months, but my membership hasn't been canceled. Nobody has been helpful. Today, they deducted money from my account again, even though I don't use the app. I want my money back, and I want my membership canceled. BetterMe is not providing any assistance, and there's no option to cancel within the app. Very disappointing."
