BetterMe Charged Me Monthly Without a Subscription

I installed the BetterMe app several months ago. Even though I never started a subscription, I later discovered that monthly charges were being taken from my account without my knowledge or consent. In my App Store account, there is no BetterMe subscription listed under “Subscriptions,” yet recurring payments were still being processed.
For about a year, I was charged around $10 per month. I only became aware of the situation when my card was canceled in November 2025 and I received a “payment couldn’t be processed” notification. My bank statements show entries labeled “betterme fzco,” along with the transaction and invoice details.
I was unable to reach anyone through Apple/App Store support, nor could I find any direct contact options within the app or from the company. The fact that these charges continued despite there being no visible subscription in the App Store has created a serious issue for me.
My requests are as follows:
A full refund of all unauthorized charges (approximately $124 total)
Complete cancellation of this unauthorized subscription and prevention of any future charges
A written confirmation of the resolution
I kindly request that this matter be investigated and resolved promptly. I am prepared to provide transaction and invoice records as evidence.
