Today, I noticed a withdrawal of $3 from my Ziraat Bank account made by a company listed as “BetterMe Fzco Fast.” In my account activity, the transaction shows a provisional code of 269***6 and appears to have been processed through Dubai.
I have never signed up for any BetterMe membership, trial period, or even downloaded the app. This payment was taken from my account without my knowledge or consent. I also did not receive any confirmation email, SMS, or notification regarding this transaction. I tried reaching customer service but could not get through.
I am requesting that this unauthorized transaction be canceled and that the withdrawn amount be refunded to my account.
