BetterMe App Charged My Credit Card Illegally – Full Refund Needed

I downloaded the BetterMe app from the Google Play Store on November 2 and initially made a payment of approximately $1.86, which I authorized myself. However, shortly afterward, two additional charges — about $4.93 and $8.26 — were withdrawn from my account without my permission or any notification. These transactions were completely unauthorized.

I only used the app for one day and then deleted it. Since then, every time I try to log back in, the app crashes and logs me out instantly, making it impossible for me to cancel any subscription.

At this point, I have no access to the app and cannot reach customer support. I am requesting the immediate cancellation of any active subscription and the full refund of the unauthorized charges ($4.93 and $8.26). All payments were made with my Ziraat Bank credit card, and I have the receipts available.

Please assist me with this matter as soon as possible.
