BetterMe Charged Without Authorization, I Demand a Refund

BetterMe withdrew ₺350 from my account at 12:11 AM without my knowledge or consent. I am shocked that a company can access and charge someone’s bank account without any prior approval. How is this even possible?

I demand an immediate refund of my money and an explanation of how this unauthorized transaction occurred. Customers should not have to worry about unexpected charges from companies they trusted. BetterMe must address this issue promptly and ensure it does not happen to others. I expect my refund without delay.
