BetterMe App Accused of Charging Credit Card Without Consent

I recently discovered that since November 2024, the BetterMe app has been charging about $7 to my credit card every month. I don’t remember whether I ever started a subscription, and if a subscription was indeed activated, I want clear proof of when and how it was created. If these charges were made without my consent, I am requesting a full refund of all amounts withdrawn so far.
I tried logging in several times using the email address I might have registered with, and I attempted to reset my password multiple times. However, I never received a password reset email, and I was unable to check whether I have an active subscription. In addition, I could not find any customer support contact information for BetterMe.
I am requesting clarification on when and how this subscription was initiated, and if it was created without my knowledge, I want all charges refunded and the subscription canceled. The payments are still ongoing.
