On September 19, 2025, I purchased a subscription through BetterMe. After activating the membership, I never used the app, and today I realized that the payments have continued without my awareness. A total of $31 was charged to my card over a period of three months—on the 19th, 17th, and 14th of each month.

The email address I used for the subscription is a*@gmail.com**, and I have the receipt records for all withdrawals.

I am requesting the cancellation of my subscription and a full refund of all charges made so far. I have not contacted BetterMe customer support yet. I kindly ask for a prompt response.
