Unauthorized BetterMe Charge? How to Cancel and Get a Refund

Even though I don’t have any active subscription in the BetterMe app, my bank account was charged $8 each month in September, October, and November 2025—for a total of $25—with the description “Betterme ae WomenPlan/Dubai.” I had previously downloaded the app and taken a one-month trial, but I did not purchase any subscription afterward, and there is no active BetterMe membership showing in my subscriptions. I haven’t deleted the app, but I can’t find where to cancel. I originally entered my card details manually at the first purchase.

I urgently request that my subscription be canceled and that the total $25 charged in September, October, and November be refunded to my account in full.
